One owner at a time
Every place inside the stadium has exactly one current owner. There is no second copy, no edition of a hundred.
A place can always be taken
Each takeover raises the price by a quarter. If someone wants your place badly enough, they can have it, and you keep what it was worth to them.
History is never overwritten
When a place changes hands, the old record is closed, not deleted. Every name that ever held it stays visible on its page.
The crowd is the product
Sides, milestones and occupancy are all real numbers from real fans. The stadium lights up as more people walk in.
